Experience the serenity of an outdoor yoga class on Lake Tahoe at the Gatekeeper’s Museum. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to immerse yourself in the healing power of nature. Reminder that it is cooler in the evening and a warm layer is recommended for the end of class.

This practice is a way to process stress and nourish yourself. Redefine “me time” and support your mind, body, and heart in this time-efficient, well-rounded practice. You can expect strength and mobility work to create stabilization and flexibility, core activation to counteract the effects of poor posture, breath-work to calm your mind, twists to eliminate what no longer serves you and relaxation to restore your nervous system and create harmony in mind-body connection. Leave feeling recharged, balanced, and empowered to take on the week ahead. ​

Start your Saturday and/or Sunday morning with gentle yoga and soaking in the California sunshine on Chamber’s Landing Beach. Breathe in the fresh breeze while you are led through a healing and inspiring yoga practice. Marybeth will guide you to connect with yourself while surrounded by gorgeous Lake Tahoe. All Levels are welcome.

All you need is a yoga mat or towel.
