This program has been created as an opportunity for you to uncover what lies underneath all the distractions in your body, heart, and mind. Each week we will work on goals to change the body, transform the mind, and awaken your soul. The program will guide individuals through reflection on all aspects of your life - diet choices, yoga (asana) practice, thought patterns, and attitude towards life. Immerse yourself in healthy living, discover a higher sense of awareness, create a deeper connection with yourself and in your relationships.
