Are you active? Do you work sitting or standing all day? Are you feeling burnt out? Having pain?
Then this workshop series is for you. The series will focus on specific areas to help you ease your discomfort. Our bodies are intelligent and will adapt around pain or injury, however this compensation can lead to future misalignment and discomfort. Our bodies work in a holistic manner, each part is needed to perform at its best. Often we are overcompensating, misusing and underusing our musculature.Take the time to realign and heal yourself. This special series will focus on particular body areas each week.
You can join all series at a discounted rate or select one or more that are geared toward your needs.
Each workshop will be 1.5 hours long and give you the tools you need to recover on your own at home.
